In a significant and unprecedented ruling, the New Jersey Appellate Division held in Sanders v. The Levari Group, LLC that job applicants may sue prospective employers under the Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (“CREAMMA”).
